| STEP 1 | Each centre must have a collaborating neurologist (or stroke physician), vascular surgeon and stenting interventionalist. |
| STEP 2 | Submit your Track Record(s) to the ACST-2 office |
| STEP 3 | Obtain local ethics approval and send this with the Memorandum Of Intent to the ACST-2 office |
